Refund policy
At S Ā H H Ā, we are deeply committed to delivering abayas of exceptional quality.
We accept refunds on abayas within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be returned in original, unworn condition — free from odour, stains, and any traces of perfume. We must also receive the item within 2 weeks of initial contact regarding the return.
Faulty Items
In the event that you receive a faulty item, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to stock availability). If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be returned in original, unworn condition — free from odour, stains, and any traces of perfume.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for alternative sizes, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are not guaranteed and will only be processed if the requested size is available.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered return parcels.
