Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Free): A tracked service with expected delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£2.99): A faster, tracked service with delivery expected within 1 working day after dispatch.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to the following international destinations via DPD:
• North America: United States & Canada
• Europe: Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, and Sweden.
  

Please note:

• Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout total.
• Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated after dispatch.

Order Processing Time

• All orders require 1–2 working days for processing and packaging before dispatch. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day (Monday) and dispatched accordingly.
